Mill Lane

A project for 6 houses (2 x 2 bed and 4 x 3 bed) on a former quarry site in the market town of Caistor. The client is a partnership between ACIS (a housing charity) and the Caistor and District Development Trust and the houses are intended to be rented to local residents. The site is within the town centre conservation area and we have endeavoured to design a scheme which is familiar in terms of it’s form and materials, whilst also providing good quality and energy efficient homes.
