Freeman Street

Hodson Architects were commissioned by the Freemen of Grimsby to come up with design options for a regeneration scheme for the former Agra site located on Freeman Street, Grimsby.

The proposed scheme includes residential blocks, a hotel and a dedicated office block. The office block is intended for a local engineering firm closely linked with the offshore renewables industry. Spanning over 5 floors the new office block offers 3500sqm of office space with associated parking and green roof space
