Albert Avenue Pools, Gym and Lido

We are working in partnership with client Hull City Council and delivery partner Esteem on this project in West Hull. Works started on site in January 2022 and are due to complete in summer 2023. There are three parts to the scheme, firstly a general refurbishment of the existing leisure centre to include a unisex ‘changing village’ and renewed fabric to the two swimming pools, secondly a new build gym & studio and finally a significant refurbishment and enlargement of a redundant lido.
