Garden Room Extension

An extension to a notable house designed by Fred Pye in the village of Healing on the outskirts of Grimsby. It is detached from the house and linked by a narrow passageway to the existing kitchen. The extension is intended for relaxing and entertaining and has been designed with it’s own distinctive style. Advantage is taken of the south-west orientation overlooking the garden with a generous covered terrace area and focussed views to various garden features. A central roof lantern provides daylight and natural ventilation.

Materials include timber, glass, aluminium and zinc.
