Eco-Housing - Evergreen Drive

The development provides four new detached live-work eco houses on a site in Caistor.
The houses are designed in pairs and served by a new access road with north east facing entrance courts. The houses are positioned to accept low winter sun whilst the main glazed elevation faces south or west to link with the private garden areas.

‘Lean, mean and green’ sustainable principles were adopted to achieve high quality energy effi  cient houses, which incorporate low technology solutions such as heavy thermal mass, super insulated structure, natural ventilation and photovoltaic panels.
